Although there's no score attached to Gamers.com's review of 'World of Warcraft', the prose is pretty positive stuff. Here's a snip:
Blizzard isn't a stranger to online computer games, but a massive multiplayer online roleplaying game is a whole different beast all together. Dealing with server loads, keeping equality between race and classes - there are so many things to take into account. Although World of WarCraft is their fledgling entry into this genre, Blizzard has crafted a title that combines not only technical prowess and fine-tuned gameplay, but pleasure as well, making this the new standard for the competition. Word to the other companies: this is the reason your registered users are dwindling - and for good reason.
