After announcing that they were entering Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this year, Artifact Entertainment announced a little over a week ago their plan to sell the assets of their MMORPG Horizons to the previously unknown Tulga Games. To find out more about both the company and their plans for Horizons, HomeLAN chatted with the managing member of Tugla Games Chris Tulumello.
