The first RPG that I ever played was Final Fantasy VII and I must be one of the few if any who did not like that game. Ever since I played and finished Final Fantasy VII I have been turned off by RPG games and thought that Fable would be no exception. For a while before the launch of Fable there was a lot of anticipation and hype surrounding it saying that this was going to be the best RPG game of all time. I tried to put my feelings aside for RPG games and judge this game fairly with an open mind and what I arrived at is below.
