Khabal Gaming has posted a review of Freedom Force. Their rating is still good, but one of the lowest we have seen so far: 7.5/10. Their summary sheds some light on why they are not too happy with the game (it's about multiplayer):
The main fault with Freedom Force is that sometimes, the game lags a little when too many objects move at the same time. One other fault that I observed is that during the multiplayer mode, the game pauses whenever anyone clicks the right mouse button to plan a certain move, and that seriously hinder the flow of the game. Other than that I can't seem to find many problems with the game. It's quite unique, I mean, where else can you find almost custom-made superhero game? Freedom Force was obviously created by comic strip lovers, for every single thing in the game reminds you of it. Hence, if you are a follower or have been a follower of comics, do not give this game a miss, as you would be sure to be immersed in this wild world, with excellent setting, wonderful story and brilliant characters. Most definitely worth taking a look!
