UGO has posted an interview with Strategy First's Disciples Producer Pro Sotos - here's one of the first questions:UGO: What's the difference between Disciples' combination of RPG and strategy and other turn-based fantasy strategy games?
PS: I think it's the look, gameplay and event-driven story telling. Every single piece of art in the game has been refined and looks fantastic. We don't have a random map generator in the game because the scenarios are designed with the strengths and weaknesses of the races. The Mountain Clans are very slow, and if you surround them with water, I promise you won't have a good time. So each of the scenarios in Disciples II is made one at a time and played many times over to make sure that it's winnable from every side.
