Pathologic was the biggest surprise for us in the Games Convention 2005. While it is not very known in the adventure community in the western world yet, in Russia it became an instant hit. Be prepared though, for Pathologic is an Adventure/RPG and it does contain some action however the game usually penalizes the player when action is used! Think Quest for Glory but in 1st person and with a completely different story. Its graphics are phenomenal for 1st person adventure standards, since the developers used real time 3D graphics.
