The official Dark Age of Camelot site have listed a new job announcement, for a Server Lead. If you're like me and don't have a clue what one is supposed to do in a job like that then maybe this sheds some light on the subject:Description: This position serves as the lead Customer Support Representative for their assigned server. Position responsibilities include the handling of low to mid level escalations, weekly reporting on issues effecting assigned server, and maintaining a high level of Customer Service for their assigned server.
Requirements: Only applications that have the requisite experience will be considered for this position. This applicant must have 6 months to 1 year of
experience working in a Call Center, Helpdesk or Online Support Center. Exemplary customer service skills are a must. Demonstrated excellence in
written communication is required. Experience as a Volunteer, Guide, or In
Game Support Representative a plus.
