I may be cheating a little bit with this one. It's probably not likely that Gothic III will really be released in the US this year. In fact, it seems that it takes quite a bit for these games to make their way to North America, dooming them to a release significantly after Europeans have it. Piranha Bytes was right on track for great success with Gothic II. I really liked that game aside from the combat and interface and hope for the next in the series.
