Nottingham in England won't be a safe place anymore on August 29th & 30th 2003, because there'll be a Neocron fan gathering going on there at that time. The meeting, called the "Firsk UK International Neocron Gathering" (or FUKING) has its own website over here, where you can also sign up. According to this forum post, the deadline for registering is July 15th. Here's a summary of the planned events:

August 29th - All age picnic at Wollaton Park
Times: 1pm onward
Cost: £1.00 for 2 hours to park or £2.00 for all day parking
What to bring: Food, drink, lawn chairs, blanket, games - anything you would bring to a picnic with family and friends

August 30th - 18+ Pit and Pendulum & Rock City
Times: The Pit & Pendulum: 8pm - 11pm Rock City: 11pm - 2am
Cost: £8.25 to attend + buffet style food
What to bring: money to get into Rock City and to pay for food and drinks at the Pit & Pendulum
