Scandal! European buyers get less for more money!

It is just about time to complain. It has been like this for a long time, but now it is becoming really unpleasant! I am talking about computer games. In Europe, to be more precise. What has brought me up so much, are 3DO's Might & Magic 9 and Heroes of Might & Magic 4. First of all, the boxes a very small, but the industry, also in the US now, seems to like the small DVD Boxes.
But then, the European packages of the latest two 3DO games really did have no printed manual (or a super abbreviated version only), where the US versions come with full printed manuals.
In general, US versions very often hold more content for less money than the ones in Europe!
I wonder why is that? I think a printed manual for HoMM4 is essential, even the town structure maps were only there in pdf.
And, apart from making the customers angry, one should tell the European publishers, that a no-manual, a silly little box and no gimmicks at all will encourage piracy!
Think about it and feel free to use our comments system to tell us your opinion about that matter, also tell us, what it is like in Australia or Asia please!
