A lot of reviews of Harbinger lately, and this one is at Gameraiders. Their conclusion:
Overall, Harbinger is an average game in a flooded genre. The sci-fi aspect of the game was initially intriguing to me, but once reality set in, the sci-fi aspect didn’t really enhance the gaming experience. Harbinger became very repetitive and about half way through the game I acquired an awesome weapon that made all subsequent battles far too easy. And while the graphics and sounds have some good qualities, they're definitely not up to par. Harbinger is a good idea that came up short in too many places.
They rate the game 67/100.
