Gamehelper has done a review of Diablo 2 - Lord of Destruction. The< rated the game 7.8/10, and here's the conclusion they draw:
Blizzard and Blizzard North have fleshed the world of Sanctuary as detailed and dark as their Diablo titles. A fitting climax to the series and the dated graphics, I look forward to the next time the legionnaires of Hell decide to attack once again. With the needed improvements and the bonus of playing in a higher graphical setting, I am sated in those categories. Yes, the dated engine, the lessening of replay ability, and the snowball’s chance of succeeding in the upper levels alone dampen the overall experience of Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction. However, many will find the faults superficial. If you’re willing and have the 30 dollars, go now and challenge the denizens of Hell once again, the Lord of Destruction is waiting. |
