IGN's Gaming Nexus brings us this Character Biography for Johnson, one of the characters from the Restricted Area...

Backstory

Johnson was a member of the Global Government Special Forces, a unit created to oversee the government's control over the companies. As the political influence of the companies grew, the Special Forces were dissolved, leaving Johnson without a job. Through his previous work, Johnson has made a number of enemies, making his job prospects slim. Instead of working for a former enemy, Johnson has become a thug for hire; doing small jobs like stealing prototypes of new Cyberware while assassinating important individuals.

Abilities

Johnson is a hitman for hire but don't expect him to be the strong, silent type. Subtlety isn't a word in his dictionary. He prefers to wield lumbering weapons that his enemies can see from a mile awhile. No worry though, they'll be dead a split second later.

Weapons

Johnson has a preference for big shiny things with devastating firepower. This doesn't limit him to just firearms. He loves flamethrowers and heavy bruising-type weapons as well. His first love is the shotgun, but he'll be able to use machineguns, pistols, flamethrowers and a whole host of weapons for his destructive deeds.

Skills

Johnson doesn't believe in that new-wave Psi-Ability, so he relies on his strength to get him to the finish line. For this reason, the bulk of his abilities focus on improving upon his weapon proficiency. As he levels up, he will be able to put points towards the weapons that are already in his arsenal. More points will provide more damage and more devastation than that which already exists.
