The website for the promising Necromancia mod is up now, you can check it out here.

If you don't know about Necromancia, this is what they are promising:

Necromancia: City of the Damned is an Unofficial Expansion to Morrowind. It is for those many players out there whom like to partake in the darker side of the game. The Elder Scrolls games have always hinted at the darker side of Tamriel, but due to ratings Bethesda have never truly been able to explore these avenues. With Necromancia: City of the Damned you will be able to be the Villain you have always wanted to be.
