He talks about the current state of the beta and says that they are very close to where they want to be for release. Looks like they are also about to launch the test servers where new content will be tested before it's put into future patches. The nice thing is that they don't seem to be planning on any restrictions regarding the test servers. Everyone should be able to check out the new content. There are, of course, a few downsides to that as well...more.
