The official Warhammer Online Site has published a Warhammer Online Q&A with Jacqui, who is an animator for this upcoming MMO game by Climax. Here's a snip for you:
Do you find it hard doing the large number of animations required for each individual character in one go?

No, not really. Since there are so many animations to do, I can choose to do a quicker 'fun animation' like the dwarf itchy bum to break things up if I feel I am getting too bogged down with something more complex. Also, when the artists make a model they pass it on to me to put the bones in so that I can animate it any way I want. I then pass it back to them for a process called skinning where the bones are bound to the mesh, so that breaks it up a bit too, a bit of light relief.
