Dransik, all of its engineers, support personnel, and designers were acquired by TKO Software, Inc. (www.tko-software.com). Nobody was let go, and everybody is now a TKO Software employee. The game itself is unaffected for now. This behind-the-scenes activity is in response to the need to enhance the game experience, to improve support, and to extend the game feature set. TKO Software’s extensive resources will be exploited to bring the game closer to alignment with the vision you have spelled out for us in your emails, forums and conversations with the GMs and developers.

The technical issues of hooking our Customer Support staff into the email server at AsylumSoft / Dransik are being worked on now. We expect this to be live on Monday December 15, at which time we will begin our concentrated response to the backlog, with account access issues receiving top priority.
