E3, Troika, Arcanum & a fanīs impressions

Not many of us had the chance to visit E3, drop in on Troikas booth,
seeking for news about Arcanum: Of Steamworks & Magick Obscura.

Nick Phillips, probably better known as "Flipz", was there, meeting
the Troika folks and even getting the chance for playing Arcanum.
Being back for a while now, willing to let us know what all has
happened, he managed to write down his impressions of E3, Troika and Arcanum.
