It is a safe assumption that by virtue of reading this you are the kind of person who is at the very least interested in massive online games. In addition, although you may not have played EverQuest, you would have had to be living in the equivalent of a cave to have not at least heard of it. What you may not know however, is that quite some time ago several of the core of developers departed Sony Online Entertainment and formed a new company in an attempt to rekindle the magic that EverQuest tapped in to five and a half years ago. That company, Sigil Games Online, was formed by Brad McQuaid and Jeff Butler early in 2002 and they have since been joined by a steady stream of developers who have worked on some of the industries largest and most acclaimed games. As recently as this year, Sigil announced their first title, Vanguard: Saga of Heroes.
