Gamers Pulse has reviewed Turbine's/Microsoft's MMORPG sequel 'Asheron's Call II'. The game scored 44 out of 50 points.

Here's a bit:
Now, the no-shopkeeper thing is probably troubling you, so I'll get back to that before I cause you undue stress. Currently, there are no shopkeepers in AC2 (that I am aware of-if any were added in the first episode, I couldn't tell you where they are). While it makes sense considering the story of AC2, it certainly has an impact on gameplay. According to the developers, they desire an entirely player run economy to be established, which means if shops ever do exist, I'd guess that they will be supplied by a player owner, with an NPC bot simply selling the wares. How does this work so far? I'm not sure. Entering into towns on my server (Coldeve), I rarely see anyone attempting to push wares. On the other hand, people that I have adventured with have been quick to share items that may benefit others, whether these items are those that they crafted or those that they looted. Perhaps the economy is still developing, but it doesn't seem to be doing so quickly.
