Lords of EverQuest has been reviewed at The Adrenaline Vault. The score is better than many at 3.5/5 and here's a snip:
Anyone familiar with the Age of Empires or WarCraft series will feel right at home with Lords of EverQuest. There are structural differences to be sure, but you get an immediate comfortable sensation when loading it up for the first time. The biggest things that set Lords of EverQuest apart from its bunkmates are the ability to level up your troops, find and equip magical swag, and being able to take selected units from one scenario to the next. Neither of these are brand new ideas, but it’s these embedded embellishments that keep that initial sense of familiarity from turning into a “been-there-done-that” type of déjà vu.
