Here's an excerpt: The three human races of the previous game have been combined into a single race this time around. As a group the humans are feisty and rely on their wits and technical proficiencies to remain competitive with the other races. In contrast, the golem-like Lugians are spiritual earth elemental types who use their great strength and patience to cope with life's stresses. Finally, the Tumeroks exemplify the wild and nimble aspects of life. While any of the races can excel at any of the main professions in the game, each race has unique bonuses and skill trees. Basically two characters of comparable level will have abilities that are similar in effectiveness but not in manifestation. Naturally the characters will also look quite different, even within the same races. Customization for height, build, skin tone, face, hair and other features give you as distinct an appearance as you'd like.
