Shrapnel Games announced that Runesword 2 will go gold on August 15, 2001. Here is their press release:Shrapnel Games announced today a new Gold Date for Crosscut Games' RuneSword II. The date has been firmly set for August 15, 2001.
Tim Brooks, President of Shrapnel Games, said, "Crosscut Games has been working hard to get this awesome RPG ready for market. The delays from our original Gold date were due to additions and last minute updates, many of which were brought about through the beta process. We made a decision to wait on Gold in order to make changes that will make this an even better product."
RuneSword II, a feature rich RPG system, includes:
