Unfortunately, the great plot was hacked and cut under the influence of EA, Origin's publisher. There are many plot points left unanswered, there are too little NPCs, with too little dialogue lines. Other drawbacks: the stupid Jump'n Run puzzles, the lack of world interaction compared to U6 and U7, and the lack of character creation (no female Avatar). Good game, but sign of things to come years later with Ultima Ascension :(
