That was until Gothic II came out. The story line was great, the graphics where awesome and even though many complain about the controls I soon adjusted to them. I have never been drawn into a game the way this one does. Gothic 2: 10/10 points After playing Gothic 1, I was eagerly awaiting Gothic II. I was not disappointed. Once again the story drew me in like no other game. I was very impressed with the graphics improvements over the first gothic and this one was less buggy so the over all enjoyment was compounded. The interaction with NPC's and other unique features of the Gothic series never fails to intensely hold my interest. The only down side was that I finished the game. I could have continues playing this game for years.
