If you're going to review DS you have to review Legends of Aranna. EDBIS' critique scores 73% and here's a clip:
As expected in an expansion, there are new spells in LoA. The only ones I found myself using regularly were the orb spells, which rotate around the caster as she does other things. The expansion feels even easier than the original game, and I think orb spells are part of the reason. There are lots of neat monsters to kill, of course, and they generally rush at you mindlessly. Battle is the same, with the gamer serving as potion, spell and inventory manager. It's easier to assign different commands to your whole group at once, making gameplay even simpler and more streamlined.
