Here it is: 10.17 Can I build multi-story buildings? Or buildings that extend underground? Yes, you can build multi-story buildings. We haven't finalized the exact floorplans for all player-buildable structures yet, but the technology exists for them to extend underground. 2) Kevin "Q3-PO" O'Hara (Community Relations Manager) announced in the forums that he has updated the fan site list. 3) The fourth developer chat will be held Thursday, March, 14 on Sony's Station.
