Those gamers who passed Baldur’s Gate by on either PC or PS2 will get a kick out of this games excellent Xbox debut. Not as taxing and in depth as most hardcore RPGs it combines a brilliantly crafted storyline and action sequences to deliver an enjoyable gaming experience. Those who have played it previously, would be best suited to waiting for the games sequel- that is currently in development. While slightly disappointed it didn’t deliver an unique Xbox experience- BG maintains its standing as one of the premier RPG series.
