QSW has posted her latest module review, this time looking at the single/multi-player mod called Medieval Dead. While single player scored fairly low (3/10), QSW felt that a multiplayer game would be excellent. Giving it a final score of 8/10, she had this to say:
The author lost points because of his lack of documentation, I do not however see why I should penalize him for that in this section. While it would have been nice to have some documentation, I don't think it affects game-play one whit. Looking in the toolset I have been really impressed with the custom scripts the author has written. OK, so I'm not a scripter, but I see the thought that has gone into the design and mechanics of this module. I hated playing in single player, I spent near enough my whole time being frustrated because I was alone. There are no quests that I found to occupy me, and after a while zombies became so abhorrent to me I just wanted to get out! However I can't wait for an opportunity to play this in a multiplayer environment, in this I know the module will not only shine, but also excel.
