85% is the score handed out to Nival's Silent Storm in TechnicalGeek's review. I think their geek-ness is in question because the turn-based rules seem alien to them:
Silent Storm. What does it mean? Beats me… How do you play the game? Beats me… Well, at least for a while it did. After I finally figured out how to play Silent Storm, I learned what a cool game it really was. Until that point, Silent Storm was like a colossal mess I didn't want to figure out. The first time I tried playing had been a complete failure. I tried the tutorial, but once I got to weapon training, I had no idea how to move, since everything was turn based. Go ahead… start laughing.
