UGO has written a preview of Harbinger, one of many that popped up lately. They think it looks pretty like the Fallout series, regarding graphics:
Visually, the game feels decidedly similar to the Fallout series. Bleak and rusted futuristic environments containing the occasional cesspool and nuclear reactor. Beyond the post cyber-punk grunge, Harbinger will have you traversing alien hives, junk yards and military depots. Everything has a very crisp look, including the player's character model, which changes depending on what they have equipped. It would be nice to see a resolution higher than 800x600, but the game looks dang good nonetheless.

But even with all the changes, all you Diablo fans out there will be able to hop right into Harbinger without missing a step. Moving your character is as simple as pointing in a chosen direction. Attacking, on the other hand, requires a certain finesse, because you must, with consideration for human reaction time and sensory response, click on an enemy. Left click is primary fire and right is secondary (usually relegated to a close-range slash attack). This isn't brain surgery, people. If you've ever used Windows, you should be overqualified to handle the controls of this game.
