Dear SoR players,

I officially announced the beginning of our reorganisation a while ago explaining that it would involve external and internal changes. Now that the external changes have been made, the internal ones have begun.

Some of you already have observed that Nevrax has filed for a legal procedure under the French courts comparable to the Chapter 11 in the US. This is part of our plan.

I personally signed the documents to open this very procedure on March the 31st, the procedure was accepted and opened by the Court of Paris on April 5th, and we received the conclusions of the Court last Friday the 8th. I prepared this communication last week, but for legal reasons had to wait until now to publish it. I apologize for this delay.
