My first real CRPG. I played it on an old Tandy 8088 computer. I actually managed to finish this game and from what I remember it was alot of fun. I've still got the game with box and manuals in a box somewhere. Dragon Wars is the unofficial Bard's Tale 3 but isn't as well known as the 2 Bards Tale. IMO its a classic like them just that not alot of people happened to play. |

Engaging game system. Takes a while to get going, but once it does it is very, very good.
First person perspective ala M&M3-5. |

Game takes a bit to learn, but you can't stop after that.
I hath killed the Dragon Queen. And Namtar. And everything else there. |

Certainly one of the best games of its time. Innovative skill system, interesting puzzles, clever plot. Other than that, just like Bard's Tale. |

This is an overlooked classic that took the Bard's Tale style RPG one
step further. I still play this game from time to time.
