AC2: Chat fixes

Ken Karl from the AC2 live team has made an announcement about the planned fixes to the chat system in the game. Since the directed chat still isn't working completely the way it should, they're still trying to figure the problems out. Also the AC2 insider reads this:
As part of a two-part approach to fixing current chat issues, the global chat channels will be temporarily disabled today in the US datacenter. Data collected during this time will verify whether this improves the performance of directed chat.
