The monetary reward was paltry, but any bit of Tenshodo fame seemed worth getting. Taru Taru swarmed all around me. AFK (away from keyboard) Japanese players fished in the rivers. A spammer /shouted, begging for gil. All the while, the insipid Windurst music droned on, looping and looping and looping again. All in all, it was another day in Windurst, a day like any other ... except this time something snapped.

It was then that I decided: It was time to get the hell out of Windurst and see some more of this damn $12.95 per month world.
