After talking with Blizzard today in Los Angeles and taking a look around their booth before it opens to the public tomorrow, it looks like the hotly-rumored expansion will not be revealed at the expo. Blizzard will presumably focus on showcasing the big Battlegrounds update, which adds RTS-like arenas to several areas of the world.
