David Allen about Pharaoh Productions

RPGVault has scored an interview with David Allen, former mastermind of Horizons, about his new projects. Pharaoh Production is his new company, and he's working on a yet unnanounced new project, entitled Project-X, as well as on Universe and a third one named Fade. The interview doesn't give away a lot, but one thing you can smell for sure: some bitterness about how things evolved with Horizons:

Ulairi: Now that you're no longer with Artifact, what are your hopes and fears about the Horizons Project?

David Allen: I've really moved on and am now focusing solely on Pharaoh and our new products.

Then he talks about the three projects currently under development there:

David Allen: PROJECT-X is Pharaoh's first official project that will be released. That is not the true name of the project - it's just that we decided not to release the name of the project as of yet. Design on PROJECT-X has already begun, and we should have some cool information to share shortly. FADE is a product that Pharaoh is picking up from a company in France - more details will be made available shortly.

UNIVERSE is the flagship and pinnacle product of Pharaoh. It is the next evolution in on-line gaming. It is completely different from anything that currently exists on the market, or is currently in development. It's a massive project that will take years to complete, but work has already begun on it. We should be releasing some preliminary information on UNIVERSE shortly.
