A short but amusing editorial by "Weisenheimer" has been put up over at EGCore. It concerns the portrayal and understanding of MMOG players in everyday life, and is entitled "An MMO Player As Seen By The Media And My Mom".

So my mom called me the other day and started laying into me about how MMO games will ruin my life and how she doesn’t want me to commit suicide. THEN she got pissed off because I was laughing. Moms are fun.
