JG: Will faction play an important role in Norrath as it did with Velious (the Coldain, Giants, Dragons)?

SD: Your primary allegiance is to your city, either Qeynos or Freeport. There are organizations both inside and outside the cities with which you can gain standing, and these alliances impact how your character is perceived in the world.
