This is a piece from that interview: So, how do things look today? Are people coming back to the game? ME: Well, I can't give you any precise number of players in AO, but I can tell you that things are heading in the right direction. We've had a lot of positive game reviews lately that has helped out with weary gamers. It's tough getting new players to a game like this without good reviews in the press. Our problem is that AO is very large and complicated. A lot of people don't really know what they're headed for, and for that reason we have seen a lot of rather shallow reviews. This especially goes for those parts of the media that aren't solely focused on gaming. One example is an article review by one of the major newspapers in Norway where the journalist wrote a review after playing only one level up. Source: ToTheGame
