This is a completely free tool that can be used to make old school RPGs with a focus on strategical turn-based combat, story and character development rather than fancy graphics. There is a demo version of the engine available for download at Jason's site and he's currently working on an experience and magic system. The site also mentions that help is welcome for the design of the editor and the game screens, plus for 3D modelling of in-game creatures.
