Jolt brings the latest 'Freedom Force vs The Third Reich' review. The score is 8.3/10 and here's a snip:
The original Freedom Force was notable for several reasons when it was released back in 2002. For a start, games featuring superheroes were surprisingly rare. For another thing, nobody expected an RPG about a bunch of non-licensed comic characters to be any good. But it was. Developers Irrational Games have made it known in the past that they wanted to revisit the game and improve upon the original template. This is exactly what they’ve done, as the game isn’t so much a sequel as an optimisation of the first.
