RPGDot Game Rating Machine

smo has rated the following games:

Baldur's Gate 2 - Shadows of Amn: 7/10 points

Not bad, though clearly aimed for younger players. I liked chars interaction, visual side.

Betrayal at Krondor: 10/10 points

Unique Fantastic One of the best RPG games .. simply an UFO among today's rpgs, sadly. I've played over 50 different crpgs so I mean what I say.

Fallout - A Post Nuclear Adventure: 10/10 points

Delicious. A rare gem indeed. Dialogues, jokes, great setting and this unforgettable, cool feeling :) Why won't somebody just TRY to make another game like this?! Well.. Fallout 2 was even better, but where are rpgs like this now? Anybody? Producers, developers: Please stop making money and make a RPG (You'll make money anyway, just think QUALITY please ;-) ).

Fallout 2: 10/10 points

simply put: fallout 2 rules. Sledgehammer those who fail to understand this ;-)

Planescape: Torment: 10/10 points

Absolutely magnificient! Emotionaly involving, deep story, wonderful characters and dialogues. I've played so many cRPGs where I'd just skip most dialogues, like "oh how good is to kill a goblin", crap crap crap silly stuff. In Torment it never happened - it's like a good, interactive book. Planescape: Torment feels like a game made with passion, like a piece of art. Not to sell best, not adressing those youngest gamers (no simple plot or immature chars here). I've played many Crpgs and this one is simply the best, topping even Fallouts.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic: 2/10 points

Just terrible. Naive, stupid, simple storyline - good for children only. Plain characters, no real thing. It's ok if you say it is a game aimed for 8-14 y/o kids, I guess they like it, hence score. Did I mention dumb storyline? Just compare this to PS:Torment. And all those enemies firing advanced sci-fi weapons that just can't hit you and do sh..t when they do. Couldn't play it anymore, forget it!

Wizardry 7 - Crusader of the Dark Savant: 10/10 points

Great old-style rpg game
