RPG Warehouse have reviewed Anarchy Online: Shadowlands. As with the handful of other reviews out so far it's a very favourable article with a final score of 8.5/10. Here's an excerpt:
When entering the Shadowlands, the first thing that struck me was the visually stunning landscapes. Very intricate detail was put in each of the seven playfields, that one cannot help but feel like they are there. Realistic aspects were put into thought such as breathing cold air when in the icy world of Penumbra, or the constant changing suns in the skies. When traveling through the Shadowlands, players will be able to explore for hours. Each area is so huge, one starts to wonder if they haven’t accidentally traveled into another game.
