Jon otherwise known Tanaris in the Vanguard Forums is the Lead Product Planner for Microsoft Game Studios and has been very vocal in the Vanguard community. Jon started at Microsoft in 1992, and has gone from working on some of the first games for the Windows platform to managing development relationships with several of Microsofts top development partners, including BioWare, Climax, Gas Powered Games, and Sigil Games Online. Jon handles the strategic planning and business development for the RAT Studio - the group responsible for Microsoft's RPG and MMORPG portfolios for both Windows and Xbox.
