Now even Newsweek has done a short review of Aarchy Online, and when I say short, I mean short - here's the whole thing:

    Online Fun and Frustration
Love or hate. We simply can’t decide which emotion comes out on top when we play Anarchy Online ($50 plus $13 per month; funcom.com). Unlike most massively multiplayer online role-playing games, this one has a sci-fi theme, so players wield guns instead of swords and magic spells. The game world is beautifully rendered, the gameplay imaginative and challenging. Unfortunately, the action often grinds to a halt on some PCs, and countless bugs interrupt players’ online experiences or crash them right out to Windows. Funcom has fixed a number of minor glitches since the game’s release, and it is almost 100 percent better today than it was two weeks ago. Our advice is to wait a few weeks: if the game continues to improve as it has recently, it’ll be worth it.
