The review of Throne of Darkness over at RPGVault gives no numerical rating, but you can tell that they kind of liked the game - although they mention it isn't really a gem - like you have heard from most reviews out by now:

Click Entertainment was founded by two Blizzard alumni, and the Diablo heritage is undeniable. While certainly heavy on the action quotient and light on role-playing, Throne of Darkness provided about 36 hours of fast-paced enjoyment before I was able to kill the Dark Warlord, and multiplayer offers many more hours if you can find reasonable match-ups. During some 60 total hours of playing time, I experienced no crashes or bug problems, although it could be said that the uneven rates at which characters advance might have been better tuned. The game doesn't stretch to break new ground, but it does stand firmly on its own merits as a very solid effort that offers plenty of user-friendly, monster-bashing, treasure hunting fun.
