It's an extension of a known mod (Ancestral Recall) and enhances it with new monster gfx, anims, gameplay elements and in general a more challenging experience. In addition to that it's the largest Diablo 2 mod that's ever been made. It is titled Descendents of the Dragon and is recommended to anyone who has finished playing the original Diablo 2 plus its expansion pack Lord of Destruction or the Ancestral Recall mod on Hell difficulty. The latter is not a must though. Everyone can get into it according to Teknokyo, the maker of the mod.
