Horizons: New Official IRC Server @ Official Site

Horizons players who like to stay connected via IRC can now enjoy a dedicated, moderated, official IRC server. Horizons players and developers have used IRC to communicate for some time, this is just a new server and channel for them all to use. Unfortunately (fortunately?) the IRC chat is still not integrated or echoed into the game.
