The Shadowbane site has an announcement on Epic Powers:
Epic Powers will not be a part of the Secrets of Power update occurring this week. Due to community feedback and ongoing balance efforts, we will continue to evaluate the implementation and balance of Epic Powers on the Test Server. If you would like to help us in this task, please join us on the Test Server and relay your thoughts to us on the Test Server - Testing Feedback forum.
